What awaits Cardano in the Future? Here are the Headlines from the Cardano September 2021 Summit

Last September, many great projects were introduced at the Cardano Foundation’s Cardano summit in Wyoming. The platform wants to make progress in the crypto and NFT world with its esports deals, on the other hand, it has promised to plant 1 million trees by working with Veritree. Here are the headlines from the Cardano September 2021 summit.

Dawn of a New Age: 2021 Cardano Summit

The Cardano Foundation has been making headlines for a while as they have become the 3rd largest growing cryptocurrency in the world over the past year. Dubbed the “Ethereum killer,” Cardano has announced new partnerships that will hopefully drive the adoption and use of the Cardano blockchain.

Frederik Gregaard, CEO of the Cardano Foundation:

“At Cardano, our goal is to provide those on the cusp of social and technological change with the new tools they need to create new possibilities and make a positive impact. Strategically, the partnerships we announced today are instrumental in creating the foundational structures Cardano needs to thrive, both institutionally and technically. Our new ecosystem partners encompass a number of challenges and opportunities at the forefront of global society today, including climate change, NFTs, decentralized finance (DeFi) and digital identity, and will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our vision.”

Some of the great new partnerships announced during the summit were a deal with esports platform Rival, which is contracted to NBA, NFL and EPL Pro teams.

Cardano also announced that it has partnered with Veritree, a restoration-focused technology company that uses blockchain to provide assistance to eco-friendly organizations specializing in tree planting and various ecological projects.

The Cardano Foundation also announced that they will work with the partnership they have established with AID-TECH on the development of the financial development studio and the asset bank in the Philippines.

Frederik Gregaard, CEO of the Cardano Foundation:

“In recent months, we have reached major milestones such as the launch of smart contract capabilities on Cardano and the successful printing of Cardano’s first NFTAs. These partnerships mark the next stage in our development as we now seek to rapidly drive the use of our blockchain and contribute to the creation of a better economy.”
