More women in management positions: With the Female Allstar Board, Handelsblatt and Bain & Company are initiating a network of female business decision-makers: Last year we honored the first Fab Five in the categories CEO, CHRO, CFO, CTO and CSO.
Now we are inviting the Female Allstar Board to a board meeting for the first time. We would like to find out how the award winners tackle the most important items on the agenda of German companies together.
To this end, the Handelsblatt Research Institute and StepStone conducted a joint survey to find out which topics board members should be dealing with at the moment, regardless of a specific industry or a specific company. The following topics were rated as particularly relevant:
