Frankfort, New York On Wall Street, the three most important indices hardly changed on Monday. After the stock market barometer rose by one percent at the start of trading, they gave up almost all of their gains. The standard value index Dow Jones improved by 29 points or 0.09 percent to 31,833 points. The tech-heavy Nasdaq fell 0.1 percent to 12,644 points and the broad-based S&P 500 fell 0.1 percent to 4,140 points.
