US Inflation Data Announced! Annual CPI Above Expectations

US inflation data, followed by investors in Turkey and the rest of the world, was announced at 15.30. Annual CPI, which was 3.2% in July, was above expectations. The current inflation figure for the August period was 3.7%, against the estimate of 3.6%.

The monthly consumer price index was announced at 0.6%, in line with market forecasts.
