new York Among users of the online forum Reddit there is a surprising icon: Nancy Pelosi. The WallStreetBets sub-forum, whose members drove the US retail chain Gamestop to breathtaking heights just a year ago, is now discussing the investments of the Democratic Speaker of the House of Representatives.
The US politician is the greatest investor of all time. “No, not Warren Buffett or Peter Lynch or Bill Gates, I’m talking about Nancy Pelosi you jerks,” writes user u/gorays1 in the post, which is rated by nearly 8,000 followers.
“Pelosi has calls on Roblox, which will report numbers next Wednesday,” it said. “Remember, the genius Pelosi bought Google Calls before the stock split, and Disney Calls, which had spectacular results. Now her next move is Roblox calls.” The video service TikTok also has hundreds of investment tip videos based on Pelosi’s investments.
