Berlin The federal states governed by the Union are considering rejecting the whistleblower protection law next Friday in the Bundesrat if necessary. The skepticism was “great”, the Handelsblatt learned from a Union-led state government.

The rejection of the so-called “B-countries”, in which the governments are led by the CDU or CSU, depends on whether the traffic light coalition of SPD, Greens and FDP responds to the criticism and is willing to make changes.
