Some users, who had the chance to test this feature of tweeting together, developed by Twitter, reported the situation through their social media accounts. He even tried it with his friends and shared this innovation with a tweet shared together.
The statement made by Twitter for the feature says:
- You can invite public accounts that follow you.
- If they accept, a CoTweet will be published with you both as co-authors.
- If they refuse, the CoTweet draft will be deleted.

As can be understood from the description, you will first be able to joint Tweet with someone who follows you and whose account is not private.
