With hard pressure, the hand moves skillfully over my tense neck. Soft tones from a digital radio pamper my ears, the massage oil smells wonderful and relaxes me even without a massage. At least the ethereal nuances please my nose very much. At the start of the year and every now and then I allow myself an extensive wellness weekend in one of the 101 best hotels in Germany.
Our health has been the number one topic in the media for two years now. For general managers and executives of well-known hotels who think holistically, wellness, wellbeing, i.e. the spa, and also increasingly health-oriented offers are no longer a novelty. But the differences in quality are now clearer than before. Wellness is much more than fragrant oil and fluffy bathrobes with which the guest can stroll comfortably down the hall.
