These ten soft skills courses will advance your career

Dusseldorf The so-called “soft skills” are increasingly decisive when looking for a job or promotion, which candidate wins the race. “Skills such as time management or rhetoric are becoming increasingly important because they are particularly important in virtual or flexible work,” says Johanna Bath, professor at the ESB Business School at Reutlingen University.

But which soft skills are particularly in demand? The learning platform Masterplan.com anonymously evaluated the learning behavior of more than 200,000 users in 2021 and found out what the employees of more than 300 German companies – including car manufacturer VW, mail order company Otto and the bank DZ Bank – are interested in.

These are the ten most visited online courses:

1st place: rhetoric
