The new electric ferry, manufactured by Incat, will be used by the company Buquebus to transport passengers between Argentina and Uruguay. The ferry, which was planned to operate on LPG at the first stage, was later produced as completely electric, taking into account environmental factors.
Robert Clifford, founder of Incat, believes their new electric ferry will revolutionize the industry. Clifford underlines that producing electric ferries does not create any extra cost.
