The Voice of Germany: Bill and Tom cheer – Malou wins the final | Entertainment

What a “The Voice” finale!

One thing was clear on Friday evening: around midnight, one of the five finalist talents will triumph and not only be richer by a Seat Cupra, but also sign an extensive record contract with the “Embassy of Music” label.

The coaches Shirin David (28), Ronan Keating (46), Bill and Tom Kaulitz (34) and Giovanni Zarrella (45) were at the start show just as nervous as her five talents.

Above all But Ronan Keating seemed to have the best chance: he sent two hopeful singers into the race to play “T he Voice of Germany” in 2023. The talents performed live three times that evening: once to present their own first single, once in a duet with a star and once all together with singer and ex-“The Voice” coach Rea Garvey (50).

When Malou Lovis Kreyelkamp (24) from “Team Toll” around the Kaulitz twins performs her own song “Glacier Rivers,” Ronan in particular realizes what that could mean for his own talents: “You rarely see talent like that. You are a threat to us.”

Moderator Thore Schölermann (39) takes a closer look at the candidate and jokes: “You don’t look that threatening!”

For Malou, however, her first song of her own is something very special: she sings openly about being attracted to women. This is also an important message for Bill, who cannot praise his protégé enough: “I could burst with pride!”

Malou can now even be happy about a VIP fan. Schölermann brings greetings from Ballermann singer Mickie Krause (53) himself: “He comes from your village.”

After a duet with “The Voice” regular guest and pop star James Blunt (49), Malou is finally considered the favorite – although Emely Myles (33) from Team Ronan is also receiving storms of enthusiasm.

Giovanni now bitterly regrets not having buzzed for Emely in the blind auditions: “That was a very big mistake. Emely, you can do anything and you can achieve anything. You really are a huge badass!”

But it was up to the audience to decide who was the biggest hit of the evening.

The notary brought the decision of the calls and the app voting and shortly afterwards Melissa Khalaj (34) and Thore Schölermann delivered the happy news: “The Voice of Germany 2023 is called Malou!”

She cheered together with her coaches Bill and Tom Kaulitz, who had promised her before the news that they would be allowed to go on tour with her band Tokio Hotel.

Kaulitz tattoo for Giovanni Zarrella

Giovanni Zarrella still has to cash in a bet. In one of the last episodes he promised to get a tattoo from the Kaulitz twins if they emerged as the winning coaches from the season.

In the evening, Schölermann showed another video evidence from an old episode in which Giovanni confirmed: “If you win, then you can tattoo me.”

Double reason to be happy: It's not just that Bill and Tom's talent won the final. You yourself also won a bet, Bill can tattoo his opponent Giovanni Zarrella

Bill would like to beautify his opponent with his own tattoo machine, but now admitted that he has no experience. Giovanni then whined: “He just said he had a machine, but he didn’t say he couldn’t!”

Thore Schölermann was delighted to say goodbye to the final and couldn’t resist emphasizing again: “And Giovanni is about to get a tattoo. This can then be seen on the social media channels.”

Soon you will not only hear more from “The Voice” Malou, but perhaps also admire the Kaulitz twins on Giovanni’s body.
