This is exactly where the Regulation on the Amendment of the Charging Service Regulation touches upon this point. The regulation in the Official Gazette is as follows:

  • ARTICLE 1- The following provisional article has been added to the Charging Service Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 2/4/2022 and numbered 31797.
    • “Business and working license
  • PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 2- (1) Pursuant to Article 17, it is obligatory to submit the business license required for the process of adding a charging station to the charging network by the charging network operator until 31/7/2023.
    • ARTICLE 2- This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication.
    • ARTICLE 3- The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the President of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

Accordingly, a business that wants to obtain a license for a charging station, Until 31st July 2023 it needs to act.
