Berlin When Bijan Djir-Sarai can’t sleep, he sometimes sits in front of the Google Earth online map service and types in Tehran. He then walks down the streets virtually. It’s the paths he walked as a boy. From the parental home to the school or to the house of his grandparents. His wife sometimes asks him what he is actually looking for. Djir-Sarai does not know. “Because there’s nobody there. There are only buildings.”
