Nation Alliance’s Presidential Candidate Announced!
If there is no delay, the presidential election will take place next May. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is currently the President, was selected as the candidate of the People’s Alliance with the joint votes of the MHP and the AK Party.
The Nation Alliance’s candidate was uncertain for a long time. As a matter of fact, the IYI Party left the table because no candidates were discussed until the last meeting and it nominated the leader of the 4 parties, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, at this meeting. Because Akşener argued that, according to public opinion polls, the person who would receive the most votes was Mansur Yavaş and Ekrem İmamoğlu, so the candidate should be one of these two names.
EYT regulation passed the parliament!
The EYT regulation for those who are old enough to retire was passed by the Turkish Grand National Assembly today. So what awaits us in the future?
