What will the Redmi K60 series offer users?
The Redmi K60 series is expected to launch in December, but no official date has been announced yet. While official confirmation from Xiaomi for the release dates of the devices is awaited, a new report reveals that the upcoming premium series will include three models, namely the standard Redmi K60, the high-end Redmi K60 Pro and the price-performance oriented Redmi K60E. At this point, one of the most interesting details is that the standard model has a better chipset than the Pro.
According to Kacper Skrzypek, known for leaks in the industry, the K60 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The processor, which will be produced with 4 nm technology, uses 1 x 3.19 GHz ARM Cortex-X3, 2 x 2.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A715, 2 x 2.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A710 and 3 x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A510 cores. Qualcomm includes the Adreno 740 graphics interface that supports Ray Tracing technology in its chipset.
