In just a few months, consumer associations should be able to bundle claims from many individual people affected and enforce them with a single so-called remedial action against companies.

How should consumers get their rights faster?

In the future, consumer associations will be able to sue consumers directly for claims against an entrepreneur. However, the cases of the consumers must be “similar” so that the court can decide on all cases bundled in a single procedure without having to take individual peculiarities into account.
