According to the company’s statement, it will be possible to return the vehicle in the first year, but sales will not be allowed. In other words, cash payment can be received by deducting mileage and wear and tear from the original price. On the other hand, if Tesla does not return the vehicle, it will be allowed to sell it second-hand to another person.
