Caught boarding a plane with fake passport in Montenegro in March Terra (Luna) founder and CEO Do Kwon has been detained in Montenegro since his arrest.

Although Do Kwon’s request to be released on bail for forgery of documents was accepted, the Supreme Court of Montenegro decided to keep Kwon in detention for his extradition to South Korea.

According to Bloomberg’s report, Do Kwon, who appeared before a judge in Montenegro today for forgery of documents, was found guilty and sentenced to 4 months in prison.
