Announced as Obi-Wan Kenobi, the prequel series will share the same universe as The Mandalorian and appeal to Star Wars fans. The cast of the series will include names such as Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen, Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, Oshea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessel and Benny Safdie.
The plot of the series has not been disclosed for now. However, according to information from the production team, Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith will take place approximately 10 years later.
