With the new regulation, senior managers of the company will be able to work 5 days a week in addition to on saturday or sunday They will also go to the company’s headquarters and work overtime. Employees below the management level will continue to work for five days. All managers in the company’s departments such as display, electro-mechanical and SDS were affected by this regulation. In this way, the company aims to maintain its position in the competition by spreading the sense of urgency to the entire upper level.

With Samsung’s moves, there is an industry-wide change. SK Groupbrought back the company’s CEO meetings held on Saturdays. Previously, CEO meetings were held once a month. It is also known that many companies want to at least gather their employees back into offices.
