Samsung Galaxy S23 in Geekbench test! How are the results?

Galaxy S23 series, Samsung’s flagship class phones, comes up with another news every day. Devices with Qualcomm’s latest processor appeared in the performance test called Geekbench 5. So, how are the test results of the Galaxy S23 series, which is thought to be released in the coming months?

First of all, it should be noted that the device with test results is a product with a special processor. It is worth remembering that the Galaxy S23 phones that come with the market version of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 offered to the end user will offer a better performance on average.

This special processor, consisting of eight cores, one 3.36 GHz performance, four 2.80 GHz balance and three 2.02 GHz energy efficiency focused, is used to control the phone during development.

As can be seen in the test results, the phone achieved 578 points in a single core and 2118 points in the multi-core test. The device, which has the model code Samsung SM-S911B, runs on Android 13-based OneUI 5.0. It is also stated that the RAM capacity is 6.68 GB among the information.

What do we know about Samsung’s new flagship?

The Galaxy S23 series will house Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which will be included in the flagship class phones we will see soon. The standard Galaxy S23 model will come with a 6.1-inch AMOLED display with 2340×1080 pixels. Offering a 120Hz refresh rate, this screen will also host a fingerprint reader underneath.

Galaxy S23, which will record photos with the main sensor of 50MP resolution with OIS support, will have a 12MP ultra-wide angle and 10MP telephoto camera. The selfie camera of the phone is 12MP.

Galaxy S23, which will have 8/12GB LPDDR5x memory and 128/256GB UFS 4.0 storage options, is expected to be introduced in February 2023.
