Dusseldorf Matthias Scheiff has set a clear goal: the head of Germany at Russell Reynolds wants to make the US personnel consultancy number one in this country. Now he is sending a signal to the competition with a top-class personal: consultant Mark Spencer Klimmek is moving from Egon Zehnder, the market leader in Germany and Europe, to Russell Reynolds on November 1st. The participants confirmed this to the Handelsblatt.
Like Egon Zehnder, the New York-based personnel consultancy specializes in filling top positions in business and has been expanding in Germany for some time. With Klimmek, they have gained a “top consultant”, explains Scheiff. The 44-year-old will strengthen the company, especially in future topics such as digital technologies, IT services and private equity.
