Commenting on the SEC’s approach to the case, Brad Garlinghouse said that the SEC’s XRP He pointed out that he had exceeded his authority with his case.
“The SEC strayed and overstepped its mandate. Congress gives power to the SEC, the SEC cannot rule on its own and has no power on its own.
A possible Ripple gain as a result of the lawsuit could mean the SEC and Gary Gensler take a more measured approach to cryptocurrency regulation.
