Rimuut, the global finance partner of institutions, will continue its journey under the name Ruul!

Rimuut, which has been serving “freelance” employees and the institutions that employ them with invoicing, employment contracts and payment features for a modern and independent working order since 2017, will continue on its way with the name Ruul with its vision, design and product changes. Expanding its service range with the name change, the company has drawn up a new roadmap by anticipating the needs of new working trends in the medium and long term. Here are the details…

culture of self-management

The remote working model, which emerged with digitalization and gained momentum with the pandemic, brought different needs with it. Established in Europe in 2017 under the name Rimuut, Ruul produces global finance and working solutions especially for freelancers looking for an efficient and reliable solution partner in financial management and for institutions that receive digital services from them.

Ruul, which has recently undergone a brand transformation, is developing new features and supporting resources to connect employees and institutions in today’s business ecosystem in a global legal framework, with its new vision based on “autonomous” working, which means the self-management of employees. Today, Ruul serves 50,000+ independent employees and 10,000+ institutions in over 120 countries in more than 140 currencies.

Ruul, which had previously focused on remote working and billing solutions, has expanded its focus and attained a structure that will respond to the current meaning and different needs of modern work. The company’s new name, Ruul, comes from the English word “rule” which means “to manage”. With its new products and vision, Ruul produces solutions for the adaptation of talents and institutions to the work culture independent from location and to the “autonomous” (self-directed) working culture in the working world, which has made room for new workforce and job opportunities with the pandemic.

According to the 2022 data of the International Labor Organization (ILO), freelancers, whose number has reached approximately 1.1 billion in the world, make up 35 percent of the global workforce. With its pioneering and experience in this rapidly growing field, Ruul fulfills the requirements of modern work by producing tools, resources and solutions that will adapt employees and institutions to alternative working patterns.

One platform for all phases of the work cycle

Ruul’s co-founder Mert Bulut, who said that the spirit of the time is on their side, said that they have expanded their product range. Stating that they are preparing to offer many solutions from employment to invoicing, from international recruitment and payroll to tax consultancy and banking services on a single platform, Bulut noted that they have gained a versatile and strong structure where all stages required by a work cycle can be easily managed by employees and institutions.

Universal working solutions for the modern business ecosystem

With the Great Resignation wave that started in America, millions of employees around the world left their jobs demanding better conditions. Ruul representatives, who stated that today’s employees demand a working life that is balanced with their personal lives and that offers them the pluses they desire, emphasize that modern work is based on the principle of creating a working order that can meet the unique conditions that suit one’s own.

We see that legal regulations have been made for four-day working and completely remote working around the world, and standard work schedules and habits have been demolished.

Ruul states that its main mission is to enable a system where employees can set their own working rules. Stating that strong institutions are only possible with free, happy, peaceful and satisfied employees, Ruul representatives argue that institutions should adapt to the “autonomy” (making their own rules) culture, which is the reality of today.

Developing universal and contemporary working solutions to ensure this adaptation, Ruul strives for institutions and individuals to match in the healthiest way and develop sustainable business relationships.

New solutions and resources to adapt to the transformation of business dynamics

Esen Bulut, one of the founding partners of Ruul, who stated that they aim to make the dream of doing business all over the world a reality, emphasized that they attach importance to eliminating the bureaucratic and psychological difficulties of working. Saying that they believe that every talent can have a business life balanced with their personal life and guided by their own needs, Esen Bulut continued as follows: “We are on the way to become an important source of information that will guide institutions in building a culture that centers on working freely. New studies that will reinforce Ruul’s pioneering position in the transformation of business dynamics with guidelines, research and analysis are also on Ruul’s agenda.”
