Retail in the euro zone in December with a massive drop in sales – RKI reports 248,838 new infections

The Federal Constitutional Court has now received 74 constitutional complaints from around 300 plaintiffs against the compulsory corona vaccination for health and nursing staff. Almost 60 of them are linked to an urgent application, the news portal “Focus Online” reported on Thursday. According to the court spokesman, there are also three isolated urgent applications. The first constitutional complaint, including an urgent application, was filed in Karlsruhe in mid-December.

The court usually does not provide any information about when a decision can be expected. Since the compulsory vaccination is to apply from mid-March, it can be expected that the responsible judges of the First Senate will at least examine the urgent applications in good time. These aim to suspend implementation until there is a final decision in the main proceedings.
