Durov said on the subject:
“If TON was able to achieve these results, imagine how successful Telegram with 700 million users could be if we auction off reserved usernames, group and channel links.”
But Durov is not satisfied with this. “Other elements of the Telegram ecosystem, such as channels, stickers or emoji, may also become part of this market later on,” he added.
