Nuh Çimento and Taze Kuru Gıda Sanayi shares cannot be subject to short sales and credit transactions.
In the statement made to KAP by Borsa Istanbul, it was said:
“Within the scope of the Volatility Based Measures System (VBTS) put into effect in accordance with the Capital Markets Board decision, ADEL.E, ADGYO.E, EMKEL.E, LIDFA.E, NUHCM.E and TETMT.E shares were purchased from the transactions dated 27/09/2023 (from the beginning of the session). ) It will not be subject to short sales and credit transactions until the transactions dated 26/10/2023 (end of the session).
Note: Measures introduced within the scope of VBTS are evaluated separately from the trading rules of the market/platform on which the share is traded, the trading principles applied for market exchange or other reasons. Accordingly, VBTS measures continue to be implemented until the end of the measure period, separate from the validity period of the transaction principles implemented with other regulations or decisions.
In accordance with the CMB’s decision dated 06/02/2023, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. “Short selling transactions in all shares are prohibited until a second announcement is made in the Equity Market.”
