Performance competition in the smartphone market continues at full speed. Finally, in the past months, Apple introduced the A16 processor that comes with the new iPhone 14 Pro models. Today, MediaTek Dimensity 9200, which is more powerful than the graphics unit A16, was introduced. So what does it promise?
The rise of Dimensity continues!
MediaTek introduced the Dimensity 9200 model, the most powerful mobile processor in the company’s history, at the event it held today. Although this chip is compared to the Apple A16 on the graphics side, its main rival is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is the favorite of Android manufacturers.
This new processor brings with it many technologies such as ray tracing, Full HD 240 Hz – 5K 60 Hz display support, 8K 30 Fps video recording, 5G, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3 support. It is expected to appear in the Vivo X90 Pro+ model first and be released to the US market. In Turkey, we will see it next year at the earliest.
