Paradox’s Sales Manager Mattias Rengstedt announced on the company’s official internet forum that there will be a price increase in the new year. Rengstedt also stated that new steps will be taken regarding regional pricing.

The reason behind this is not only that we are seriously out of our benchmark, but that these two currencies have become very disconnected from other markets over time. This created a significant price differential against other currencies, leading to regional price exploitation which led to problems we had to address for our business.

Price changes covering many country currencies will be implemented as of February 1, 2023.
