It looks like OnePlus is making its way into the world of gaming products completely. After the 27-inch and 24-inch gaming monitors, the company announced its new mechanical keyboard via Twitter and shared the technical specifications of the product on its official site.
First of all, it should be noted that the keys are designed in a fully customizable structure. You can change the keys or the functions of the keys while the keyboard is working. At this point, OnePlus points out that it will be a product that can be customized with open source software, from key functions of the keyboard to RGB lighting. So the user is completely free.
OnePlus enters the monitor industry ambitious!
Known for its mid-high segment and flagship devices in the phone industry, OnePlus is stepping into the monitor world.
The device, which is stated to be prepared on CNC machines, is produced together with the famous keyboard manufacturer Keychron. OnePlus emphasizes that the product will be made entirely of aluminum material.
The most important aspect of a keyboard is the responsiveness and typing experience along with the ergonomics. OnePlus states that the keys of the new keyboard use double gaskets. In this way, a quieter use is provided without undermining the responsiveness or typing feel.
Unlike many keyboards, this device will work seamlessly with Windows computers as well as platforms such as Mac and Linux. We will also see the MacBook keyboard layout. It is not yet known whether the device will offer two different options according to both Windows and Mac layout, or whether it will be released with a single option.
According to the data shared by OnePlus on its official site, the keyboard will start to be produced in March. It will be released in May 2023. There is no clear information about which countries the product will be put on sale, or rather whether it will come to the Turkish market.
