DJI denies these allegations and states that the company does not violate human rights, but cannot control how its products are used. However, scrutiny of products made in China has increased in recent weeks, and it was announced that TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, would be banned if it did not divest the app within 9 months.

This bill could seriously affect DJI’s operations in the United States, in line with the decreasing trust in Chinese products in the United States. The bill is expected to be voted on in the House of Representatives next month.
