Nusret Gökçe, who has recently come to the fore with his new restaurant opened in England, is facing a new crisis. Former employees of the owner of the famous restaurant chain, Gökçe confiscated the tips of the employees. and dismissed for no reason, and the English Court found the employees right in this case.
According to the British Court’s decision, Nusret Gökçe will pay a total of 2 million TL compensation to his employees, who sued him and who are alleged to have eaten his right. With this punishment, Nusret paid compensation to its employees twice in the last 3 years it will be.
Nusret was punished for the same reason before.
Last year, the waiters working in Nusret rebelled and filed a lawsuit on the grounds that Nusret seized thousands of dollars in tips and previously fired the employees for no reason and without compensation.
