New Statement From Ripple (XRP) Lawyer! Why is the case not over?

The litigation between Ripple and the SEC continues as of December 2020. The fact that the case, which caused a huge price fluctuation in XRP, dragged on and could not be concluded, infuriates investors.

A new statement came from Ripple, which accuses the SEC at every opportunity.

Responding to a post by SEC chairman Gary Gensler, Ripple’s veteran attorney Stuart Alderoty claimed that the delay in the case was caused by the SEC and the SEC used it.

Responding to a post by Gensler about SEC principles, the lawyer used the following statements:

“The metaphor of the “football field without referees” used by President Gensler is incorrect.

The reality is that the SEC uses the sanction weapon to create an uneven playing field and selects winners and losers based on opaque (non-transparent) rules created in the process.

He says so in his speech: “A high-impact lawsuit puts many other actors behind the line.”

Doesn’t that mean maintaining order by sanctioning someone else?

The SEC is simply trying to deter others by filing a lawsuit—whether it’s legal or factual.

As a result, the SEC plays the latency card and uses it to its advantage.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

How about committing to the public to end the Ripple case as quickly as possible without further delay?”
