Hyundai introduced the new Verna model at its event in India today. But this vehicle is actually the 6th generation of Accent, which we have known for many years. In India, it is positioned below the Elentra and above the B segment Aura. The design language is also quite similar to Elentra.

When we look at the exterior design, the new design lines, LED daytime running lights in the form of a strip under the front hood, the taillights in the rear and continuing in a straight line along the trunk lid draw attention. So how much does the new Hyundai Accent cost? The price of the base model of the car, which is opened for pre-order in India, is 13 thousand 200 dollars. However, with the customizations made by choosing technology, security and comfort packages, it goes up to 21 thousand dollars.
Will it be produced or sold in Turkey?
Since it has been a model sold in Turkey for many years, there is an expectation that the new Accent will come to Turkey as well. However, according to the post made by Emre Özpeynirci, since Turkey adheres to EU emission norms, it is forbidden to go on sale in our country with at least the current 1.5L engine option. However, we may see it with a different engine combination in the future.
