In his speech on the subject, Minister Nebati said, “We are also implementing the public procurement guarantee for Togg, one of our country’s vision projects.” However, the current restriction will be removed. In other words, Anadolu Group, BMC, Turkcell, Zorlu Holding and TOBB subsidiary TOGG will be given a public procurement guarantee. The state will be the biggest customer of the company, which plans to produce 175,000 cars annually.
