Mining Difficulty in Bitcoin Sets Record With Last Update Of The Month

This morning’s update has made mining on the Bitcoin (BTC) blockchain more difficult than ever before.

The current difficulty level on the Bitcoin blockchain compared to two weeks ago 4.13 percent increased. During the last two updates at this level there was a decline.

In line with the hash rate in the blockchain, the difficulty level changes every 2,166 blocks, keeping the average block production time at 10 minutes.

The total hashrate that Bitcoin miners have contributed to the blockchain last month 200.19 EH/s level, this number was two weeks ago. To 196.45 EH’s had regressed.

In the last two weeks of this issue 204.58 EH/s recording as difficulty level 28.5 trillion getting on top of to set a new record provided. The previous record was set at the time of the update on February 17, when the difficulty level 27.9 trillion was broken upon reaching its level.
