Milestone for Terra Classic (LUNC): New Names to be Taken to Management!

Terra Classic (LUNC) will soon have a new chief community officer (CCO) thanks to a new management model.

Not only the CCO, but many other positions will be filled by voting from within the LUNC community. According to the first draft of the Terra Luna Classic Holacratic Management model, the LUNC crypto community will be monitored through a series of new community-supported measures. Positions will be distributed to individuals by voting by the community.

Terra Classic (LUNC) Holacracy Management Model

After the LUNC hard fork earlier this year, the community is developing a new management model. The community will likely adopt the holacratic governance structure. The governing structure will be subordinate to an established holacratic constitution.

At the heart of the governance structure is the community’s ability to self-govern using a decentralized authority model.

The details of this management model are explained as follows:

“Holacracy is the governance structure of Terra Classic through people to drive mass adoption of Blockchain technology. This is a radical shift in management from the typical top-down hierarchy where power is given to the few.”

With the adoption of the LUNC holocratic rule, the community will be able to elect executive representatives by voting. Representatives will also be accountable to the entire community. The new structure will consist of various executive ambassador roles. Initially, the community will have four roles: chief community officer, chief financial officer, chief technical officer, and chief operating officer.
