Microsoft Surface Pro 9 5G specs leaked

Asus recently introduced the Microsoft Surface competitor ExpertBook B3 Detachable. According to the leaked information, Microsoft has accelerated its work for the ARM-based Surface Pro 9 5G.

Compact computers, known as 2-in-1s, continue to grow in popularity. According to the information in Windows Central, the models that Microsoft will introduce this year include Surface Laptop 5, Surface Studio 3 and Surface Pro 9.

Microsoft Surface Pro 9 5G features

Surface Pro models produced to date are powered by Intel processors. According to the leaked information, Microsoft will include the SQ3 processor developed by itself in the Surface Pro 9 5G model. The processor, which is stated to be built on the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 with 64-bit Qualcomm Kryo core, will meet users with performance improvements.

Accelerating its work on ARM technology, Microsoft continues its preparations to introduce the Windows-on-ARM desktop computer called Project Volterra. According to Zac Bowden, this PC is powered by the Snapdragon 8cx Gen3 SoC and includes ARM and the same neural processing unit (NPU) AI features that are expected to be introduced in the Surface Pro 9.

Huawei MateBook X Pro, a laptop computer that draws attention with its design as well as its powerful hardware, was launched in Turkey.

The Surface Pro 9 5G, which is expected to have a thinner profile, will be introduced with Type-C input. A 5G-capable Surface Pro 9 will be Microsoft’s first non-5G phone.

Microsoft is expected to unveil the Surface Pro 9 in the next few weeks, along with a new Surface Studio and Surface Laptop. The price of the new models is not yet known.
