The 43-year-old digital expert has been an entrepreneur for 18 years. He is a co-initiator of “Job Aid Ukraine” and the Corona initiative “Dealers help dealers”. He and his colleagues have collected 27 digital awards over the years, many of them for his e-commerce initiatives as digital boss and later CEO of the bicycle dealer Rose Bikes from Bocholt.

In the podcast he explains how it all fits together, why he is only available as a part-time CEO, what is important when transforming large companies and why he left his position at Peek & Cloppenburg after just a few months.
