These two had very nasty tricks up their sleeves.
The star chefs Tim Mälzer (50) and Steffen Henssler (48) are not exactly known for their patience. Now they competed against each other in the new VOX show “Mälzer und Henssler deliver” – and not just once attacked unfair means.
The concept: The people of Hamburg set up a joint pop-up delivery service, everyone cooks for himself in a small space. A good idea?

For whom do maltsters and henslers have to cook? A secret. And to make matters worse, the star chefs also have to deliver themselves.
At the end of the day, customers award points for the best dishes. Of course, the two fighters don’t have a lot of time and even less idea of which food is suitable for whom. Notes in the form of receipts are therefore interspersed.

In the first round, the two TV chefs hindered each other in speed cooking. The clues indicated a larger family – so many needs to be met. Mälzer gave the first whistle in the narrow pantry: “Dude, don’t get in my way!”
Henssler then took Mälzer’s planned Chicken Teriyaki as “inspiration” – and simply cooked the same dish. Now Tim Mälzer was upset again and etched: “I can’t develop as many ideas as you are stealing!”
But Henssler already had the next trick up his sleeve: he secretly ordered surprise eggs from his assistant to sneak in if there were children in the family.
But they don’t just have to deliver, because celebrities who surprisingly stop by during the broadcast can also order on site in the restaurant. During the second cooking round, for example, in the form of presenter Ina Müller (56): “I have a show and thought, I’ll come to the biggest choleric people in town.” She ordered Henssler’s spaghetti with salmon.
And while the stressed celebrity chef was still preparing the meal, Tim Mälzer grabbed his tin of salt and put a heavy load on Ina’s spaghetti dish. Henssler’s hat string burst again: “Listen, you ass fiddle!” Ina nagged: “If that’s too salty now, I don’t want it.”

But Mälzer was still in a cheating mood, because it didn’t look good for him: He had burned the bread of the second VIP guest Judith Rakers (45) and was also behind on points after the third lap. He promptly hid a hint from the receipt machine from Henssler, which clearly stated for a group of eight: no fish.
He asked hypocritically: “Steffen, what are you cooking?” Henssler now revealed his cooking plan: tomato soup, a tuna. Mälzer came out with the fish hint, but Henssler didn’t believe him.

Mälzer repeated his statement several times and met with disbelief until, annoyed, he threw a plate on the floor and shouted: “No fish!” Desperate, he pondered educational measures for his archenemy: “I told him three, four, five times. Every time there were arguments. If it had been my child, it would have been on the penal ladder with the recklessness. “
However, this lackluster paid off: At the end of the show, Steffen Henssler won with 16 to 15 points and was particularly happy about the punishment for Mr. Mälzer.
He now has to do TV advertising for Henssler products.
