Leading index on course for recovery – Adidas share the biggest winner

Dusseldorf The German leading index Dax clearly limits its weekly loss on Friday. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange Barometer was up 1.2 percent in the afternoon at 15,916 points. The Dax could still avert its first week of losses after three weeks of profits. Last Friday, the index ended trading at 15,922 points.

The Dax seems to be caught in a sideways movement for the time being: Although eight annual highs have been set since the beginning of April, the highs have only been increased by a few points, and profit-taking has always followed. On the downside, on the other hand, the willingness to buy always began before the 15,650 point mark. That was the case five times in the past six trading days alone.
