TÜBİTAK BİLGEM has been working on the Laser Detector Signal Amplification Chip, which is one of the most critical parts of missile and air defense systems. It was shared that the project was completed and this chip can now be produced with domestic facilities.
Moreover, it will not only replace imported versions. In the statement made by TÜBİTAK, the Laser Detector Signal Amplification Chip will enable guided missiles to operate much more precisely and detect smaller targets from much longer distances compared to its predecessors.
Turkey’s most powerful national aviation engine was introduced!
The TEI TF-10000, which has already taken the title of Turkey’s most powerful domestic engine and went down in history with its features, was introduced.
This means that many missiles with a deviation margin of less than 1 meter, from the MAM series used by Turkey in SİHAs to the HİSAR type air defense missiles, will now be able to hit their target with a lower deviation margin from much further away.
In the statement “Technology to Reduce External Dependency” made by TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, the following items were shared.

- The signals obtained from the output of laser detectors need to be strengthened and used.

- This chip will enable laser-guided missiles to operate more precisely and detect smaller targets at much greater distances.
- Thanks to the chip produced by our engineers and technicians, our foreign dependency in this field has come to an end.
