Kapgan ICA, which surprises with its features, is introduced!

Domestic defense industry companies have become pioneers in the development of unmanned aerial, sea and land vehicles. All UAVs developed break records in their own fields. Right after, we see the special SİDAs used for the first time in NATO history. Today, a new one has been added to the unmanned land vehicles. Here are the Kapgan ICA features developed by HAVELSAN and Unirobotics…

Kapkan SPG, which surprises with its features, can change the combat history!

Although Kapkan ICA looks like a small tank from the outside, it is actually a more functional and strategic land vehicle in terms of its features. The electric motor is extremely quiet. Therefore, it can move freely without being noticed.

Although it is effective against both land and air targets in an open field scenario such as a tank, it will actually make a difference with its use in areas where there is construction due to its size. For example, it has a very suitable structure for situations like the Sur conflicts in 2016 and the Olive Branch operation in 2018.

BMC gave the good news: Altay tank enters the TAF inventory!

According to the statement made by BMC today, the Altay tank will enter the TAF inventory much earlier than expected and its mass production will begin.

Kapgan, which is in the heavy class, has a wheeled structure, not tracked, unlike the Barkan, Kaplan, Dagger and Aslan we have seen before. With this structure, it looks like a reduced version of FNSS’ armored vehicles rather than tanks.

Of course, as an advantage of the wheels, despite its size and useful load capacity, it can easily keep up with the soldiers walking in the city. At the same time, it can easily overcome obstacles of half a meter and ditches deeper than 1 meter.

Heavy class unmanned ground vehicle Kapgan features:

  • Length: 3.2m
