DFS (Different Futures Summit), organized every year since 2016 by ITU Alumni Association and ITU Alumni Association Student Club, brings together students with graduates who have graduated from ITU but have achieved success by continuing their careers in different fields from the departments they studied.
“Don’t Let The Episode Get In Front Of Your Dreams!” Setting off with the motto of DFS, DFS also includes our leading graduates who make careers in line with the department they study, and sheds light on young people who have set goals or are undecided about their future plans, sheds light on their career planning, and inspires them to make a difference.
Different Futures Summit on March 16-17
DFS takes place with the participation of well-known names who have made careers in many different fields from corporate life to entrepreneurship, from art to sports, and leads many projects with a sense of social responsibility. A sign language translator accompanies our hearing-impaired participants during the two-day summit in the “Disabled DFS”, which we organize with the aim of making sure that everyone can benefit, and simultaneously translates all the panels.
The “One Book One Library Project”, which we have implemented together with DFS, aims to support their libraries by donating the books collected from the participants, speakers and organization team to primary and secondary schools in need. DFS, which will be held on March 16-17, 2022 in the form of a live broadcast for our physical participants in Mustafa Kemal Amphitheater on İTÜ Maçka Campus and on the YouTube account of our online participants ITU Alumni Association Club, is open to everyone and free of charge.
