It Has Been Proven That Humanity Continues To Evolve

Scientists discovered 155 new genes, proving that evolution still exists in modern humans. Two of these genes are found only in modern humans.

It is a widely accepted theory in the scientific world that we, today’s modern humans, have reached this point as a result of the evolution of primate species. So, do we continue to evolve as humans today? Here is the answer to this question, with new research given.

The research, published in the journal Cell, finds that present-day humans exist in our evolutionary past. 155 new genes discovered. Moreover, two of these genes, found only in modern humans a gene was determined as. Evidence for the existence of these microgenes was also proof that humanity continues to evolve today.

So what roles do these genes play in our body?

It is not yet known what roles most of the 155 discovered genes play in human DNA. But scientists will now try to learn the role of genes in our body in their next studies.

With samples taken from cells, scientists currently only The role of 47 genes managed to detect. Of these genes, 44 were growth defects and three were genes associated with diseases such as muscular dystrophy, retinitis pigmentosa, and Alazami.
