According to the information shared by the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Vedat Işıkhan, the professions that had the most difficulty in recruiting employees were machinist (sewing), waiter (service personnel), wooden furniture manufacturing master, construction worker, fuel sales consultant and steel welder.
We see that the professions of the future that are expected to shine in the next 10 years are software engineer, e-commerce specialist, artificial intelligence specialist, IT specialist, language and speech therapist, civil engineer, marketing specialist and CNC operator.
