Russians around the world are taking a stand against the war of aggression in Ukraine.

Berlin The “Green Lamp” is a Berlin institution. But now the restaurant has caught a wave of cyberbullying. Since Russia invaded Ukraine, reviews on Google have featured comments like “As of Thursday, Russian food tastes like blood… shouldn’t be eaten.”

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to get Germans to enjoy anything Russian, even at this source of Russian delights in Wilmersdorf, founded in 2005 and known for the Sunday caviar brunch. “We are an Eastern European restaurant – we also have Ukrainian specialties,” says the waitress during a visit a few days after the start of the war, rolling her eyes. Now they are lumped together with Putin here.

In fact, fewer guests have come since the Russian invasion. Once, the waitress reports, a Ukrainian came and tried to attack the guests with a screwdriver.
