BTK will revise operators’ call and SMS charges every 6 months within the scope of the fee ceiling it has determined. However, free market conditions will apply for internet packages. This means that companies can raise prices after April.
According to research, operators have increased invoice prices by more than 150 percent in the last year. It was stated that the ceiling price application introduced to protect consumers was not sufficient. Especially the frequent increases in internet packages have begun to negatively affect users.
