EA Motive has made an exciting update on the development of the highly anticipated Iron Man game, confirming that the game will be prepared using Unreal Engine 5. In a blog post, EA Motive expressed their confidence that Unreal Engine 5 will provide the ideal platform for their creative teams to produce something truly extraordinary.
Iron Man game will start development soon
This places the Iron Man game among games such as Black Myth: WuKong, Tekken 8 and The Witcher Remake, all of which use this cutting-edge engine. Lords of the Fallen was among the first major titles to take advantage of this engine’s capabilities.
After the critically acclaimed Dead Space Remake earlier this year, EA Motive is now fully focused on bringing Iron Man to life. However, we should also point out that the game is still in development and may take a few years to be released.

EA Motive has established a “Community Council” for Iron Man, a nod to their approach to Dead Space. This group of dedicated Iron Man enthusiasts will provide invaluable feedback throughout the development journey.
The Iron Man game was first unveiled in September 2022 as an “all-new single-player, action-adventure” experience and will be the first of three Marvel video games planned to be released by EA, best known as the publisher of FIFA (now FC) and Battlefield.
