During this period, crypto investment products saw record weekly inflows of $2.9 billion. Meanwhile, year-to-date inflows have increased to $13.2 billion. Thus, it surpassed the $10.6 billion inflow in the whole of 2021.

Transaction volumes totaled $43 billion, the same as previous week records. This accounted for 47% of total global Bitcoin transaction volumes. During the week, global ETPs surpassed $100 billion for the first time. However, the price correction over the weekend settled at $97 billion.

USA was again ahead in entries

Regionally, there was $2.95 billion inflow to the US. Besides this, there were smaller inflows into Australia, Brazil and Hong Kong of $5 million, $24 million and $15 million respectively. A total outflow of 78 million dollars was experienced in Canada, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland last week. This year hasn’t gotten off to a good start, seeing outflows of $685 million so far.

Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon saw outflows of $14 million, $2.7 million, and $6.8 million, respectively. However, there has been entry into Binance (BNB), Litecoin (LTC), Cardano (ADA), and Polkadot (DOT). Blockchain stocks saw inflows of $19 million for the first time after 6 weeks of outflows.
